I attended several times before making my final decision and was not made to feel like an imposition (other showroom were not as welcoming). When I asked for advice it was forthcoming and professional and even at busy times Bob gave me the time and attention I needed. I used the recommended fitter, Chris for the installation, His team was prompt and professional, they tidied as they went and were very thorough with the gas testing, keeping me fully informed of their findings. I would recommend the service from start to finish to anyone
