  I placed an order with the M Print who also operate under Personalised Lanyards Direct and given an approximate 10 day lead time for our order, I spoke to a Helen Granell (The Sales Manager) who confirmed the artwork and gave no details about the order being delayed nor should we have any issues, I chased after 10 days only to have my voicemail and email ignored, I chased again a few days later where Helen made no excuses for missing my previous email/call and said well we have just had Chinese New Year so your order hasn't even been started yet. She had no idea when it will be done and reluctantly agreed as requested to send me an email saying as such. When I questioned her response, she emailed saying well I had signed up to their T&Cs so I knew it was an approximate timescale and they can’t be held liable etc. If they know orders will be delayed by a long time prior to us placing the order, why not just pre-warn customers rather than say the timescale is still 10 days. If you know whats going on you can plan, a few days here or there you can expect but 5 weeks instead of 10 days isnt acceptable. How are we meant to know they buy from China and orders placed in January may not be delivered until March!? Poor service from then on and Helen’s tone never improved. I am told today that they won’t even start making for another week so I wouldn’t get for another 2 weeks at the earliest. I ended up raising a case with PayPal to get our refund, I wouldn’t use again and would definitely not recommend. They say you get what you pay for, cheap price and unfortunately cheap service.
